Wasn't Going to Post

Well, I wasn't planning on posting, but then I found this poem on another's website and thought I would post it to mine, plus its a great chance to put more of girls pictures up, and for those who know me, know that is one of my greatest pleasures in life is pictures of my girls!

Excuse this house

Some houses try to hide the fact that children shelter there,
Ours boasts of it quite openly, the signs are everywhere.
For smears are on the windows, little smudges on the door;
I should apologize I guess for toys strewn on the floor.
But I sat down with the children and we played and laughed and read
If the doorbell doesn't shine, their eyes will shine instead.
For when at times I'm forced to choose the one job or the other,
Sure, I'd like the house kept clean, but first I'll be a mother.
-Monrow Mohrenweiser

And while that explains some of the mess; I must search longer to find something to explain the rest of the mess, maybe if I spent more time cleaning and less time blogging, I could get more accomplished, but what fun is that exactly??? And starting in January, I am hoping to be homeschooling Jenna full time with part pre-school and part kindergarten, so I'll have to reschedule house cleaning!

In regards to the pictures; Kara is a awesome sleeper has been from day one, and sleeps 95% of the nights for approx 8-12 hours, Jenna on the other hand hasn't been from day one- so for her to be that sound asleep on the 1st try the other night, was soo a "kodak" moment!

Kara's blanket that she has on was a gift from our friend & wonderful neighbor Linda..both girls adore Linda, matter of fact I do to; so much so I am going to tell you about a wonderful project she's involved in, her son Brandon
(whom we all love very much) has Autism. In May 2007 we are walking for the 1st Autism Speaks walk! Please take the time to visit the website; they are doing wonderful things for such sweet,wonderful, and deserving children!

Very cool, I was home schooled also, (well from 5th grade on) and I turned out quite well if I do say so myself ;)
